Leadership Team

Montevideo Medical Devices is founded by Álvaro Ríos and Ricardo Ercoli, both Electrical Engineers with a strong Electronics and Software expertise.

Together, they have successfully led demanding programs in implantable and wearable medical devices, consolidating a strong technical, managerial, and regulatory background. Their complementary profiles: Álvaro with a commercial-technical focus and Ricardo with a results-driven management approach, enable MMD Clients to succeed in bringing innovative medical devices to market.
